| 摘 要： | 近年来我国纺织工业快速发展所引发的水环境污染问题越来越严重,已构成对中国自然生态环境的巨大危害,将严重制约我国纺织工业经济的可持续发展。针对目前我国纺织技术经济现状,为从根本上减轻(或消除)纺织经济发展对环境的影响,实现经济效益与环境效益的“双赢”,研究提出了“搭建一个基础结构,构建两个生产平台,强化三个推动力,健全四个支撑体系,抓好五个发展环节”的综合环境治理对策和8条产业政策建议。

| Abstract: | Recently,the water pollution problem caused by the rapid development of Chinese textile industry has become more and more serious,which has constituted a great damage to China's ecological system,impeding the sustainable development of the textile industry.In order to reduce or eliminate the negative impact and realize the win-win strategy as regards to the economy and environment, a comprehensive policy for improving the environment has been raised after research,that is,to construct "one fundamental structure",establish "two production platforms",intensify "three pushing forces",perfect "four support systems",and grasp "five rings for development".In addition,eight suggestions concerning the industrious policy are presented. |
