摘    要:在现代海洋钻井过程中,管子处理作业占的比例大。安全快速、稳定高效、作业连贯的管材钻具处理系统是保证钻井平台(钻井船)整体安全稳定的前提条件,同时也是提高海上钻井作业效率、降低钻井成本的重要措施。在论述海洋钻井作业要求及管子处理装置的研究发展过程及其应用的基础上,以美国国民油井公司管子处理装置为例,详细阐述了海洋钻井作业中管子处理系统的各个作业流程及装置结构特点。

Abstract:Pipe handling operation occupies a very large proportion in the modern offshore drilling. The safe and fast, stable and efficient, pipe handling system and coherent operation is the precondition for the security and stability of holistic drilling platform or drilling ship and the important measure to improve efficiency and reduce cost of offshore drilling. The operation demand in offshore drilling and the research and development and application of pipe handling equipment were discussed. On this basis, the work flow of each link in pipe handling system and the structural features of device of pipe handling system in offshore drilling was analyzed in detail.
