挤压式磁流变体减振器阻尼力的分析

摘    要:在分析了挤压式磁流变体(MR)减振器工作原理的基础上,通过磁路计算,推导出挤压式MR减振器的阻尼力计算公式。测量了该纳米级铁磁流体在零磁场下粘度。以纳米级铁磁流体为例,分别计算出该减振器在设定条件下的阻力-位移、阻力-速度变化规律。并讨论位移、速度、加速度和励磁线圈电流对阻尼力的综合影响。为挤压式MR减振器的进一步研究提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Based on the principle of squeeze-flow mode mag-netorheological (MR) fluid isolator, damper force equation of the isolator is deduced. According to the MR fluid viscosity without magnetic field and other enactment parameters, the damper force-speed relationship and damper force-displacement relationship are respectively gotten. Moreover, the integrate affects of damper forces by displacement, speed, acceleration, coil current are discussed. Those calculations and analysis are very useful for father research of MR vibration isolator.
