粒料土稳定专用水泥AGS及其稳定材料的性能研究

摘    要:用矿渣32.5号水泥为参比对AGS粒料稳定专用水泥的性能进行了系统的研究:AGS水泥的初期水化较慢,凝结时间长,抗折强度比较高,有一定的微膨胀性。用AGS稳定粒料的抗压强度比同掺量矿渣硅酸盐水泥稳定粒料高20%以上。劈裂抗拉强度要提高较多。回弹模量也稍有增加,用SEM对AGS的微观结构进行了初步研究,从微观结构的角度对AGS的性能特点的形成机理进行了阐释。

Abstract:Systematical research was done on AGS's performance comparing with 32.5# Portland blast-furnace slag cement. The hydration process of AGS (advanced granular stabilizer) cement is slow at initial stage with longer setting time, higher flexural strength and a bit of micro-expansion. The compression strength of granular soil stabilized with AGS is 20% higher than stabilized with Portland blast-furnace slag cement in the same dosing. Also, it has much higher tensile splitting strength and a little higher elastic modulus. We have studied the microstructure of AGS's paste with the help of SEM, with which the mechanism forming AGS's special performance is also expatiated on the basis of microstructure.
