DL抑制剂对黄铜矿和毒砂浮选分离的研究

摘    要:本文通过浮选试验考察了黄铜矿和毒砂的浮选行为以及金属离子和DL抑制剂对它们可浮性的影响。结果表明 ,在丁黄药捕收剂的作用下 ,黄铜矿具有较好的可浮性 ,而毒砂的可浮性随着溶液pH值的增加而显著下降。DL抑制剂很好的抑制了毒砂的浮选而基本不影响黄铜矿的浮选 ,扩大了它们的可浮性差距 ,表现出良好的选择性。Cu2 、Fe2 对黄铜矿和毒砂的浮选均有一定的影响 ,在碱性介质中 ,黄铜矿与毒砂仍有一定的可浮性差距

Abstract:This article studied the flotation behavior of Chalcopyrite and Arsenopyrite and the effects of the metal ions or the DL depressant on their flotabilities.It indicated that Chalcopyrite has good flotability while the recovery of arsenopyrite decreased with the increase of pH with the butyl-xanthogenate as a collecton DL markedly depressed the flotation of Arsenopyrite while didn't affect the recovery of Chalcopyrite,it showed good selectivity on the flotation in them.Chaicopyrite and Arsenopyrite can be separated effectively in the alkaline condition although the Cu 2 and Fe 2 ,has some effects on the flotation of them.
