摘    要:为了研究发射药在火炮膛内的燃烧规律,以经典内弹道理论为基础,从理论上分析了常规测试和微波测试的可行性,并建立了相关的计算处理方法.常规测试方法和微波测试方法分别采用P-t曲线、炮口初速和v-t曲线作为基础数据,经相关计算得到发射药膛内燃速.试验结果表明,理论计算P-t曲线和试验P-t曲线能够较好地吻合,在80-250 ...

Abstract:In order to research the burning laws of gun propellant burning in powder chamber, feasible of microwave interferometer testing and ordinary testing was analyzed based on classical interior ballistic theory, correlative calculated method was found. P-t curves and muzzle velocity were considered as basic data by ordinary testing method, v-t curves was considered as basic data by microwave interferometer testing method, gun propellant burning rate in powder chamber can be obtained by these different calculated method. The results of experiment show that p-t curves of calculated were consistent with p-t curves of testing, the pressure between 80MPa and 250MPa and the burning rate between 17 cm.s-1 and 29 cm.s-1 with ordinary testing method, the pressure between 80MPa and 250MPa and the burning rate between 8 cm.s-1 and 23 cm.s-1 with microwave interferometer testing method. It is different that the correlation formula of gun propellant burning rate in powder chamber and exponential formula, the precision of microwave interferometer testing method were better to ordinary testing method.
