| Abstract: | Af the inspector of power supply company basic level discovers that the customer has stealing electricity behavior, the phase VA meter method to further confirm the mode of stealing electricity is usually used. How to use the phase VA meter correctly in pratical situation will directly relate to the result of inspection efficiency and correctness. In view of the problems about incomplete recognition of the function and unsuitable use to this meter existing in the inspector, the paper introduced the common function of phase VA meter in detail and gave the procedure of its application to check three-phase meter, and there is strong, practical and directive meaning. |
