摘    要:在2008年初的电网冰灾事故中,贵州电网遭受到严重破坏,文章分析了导线覆冰的成因,对导、地线及杆塔覆冰受损原因进行分析,并对受损线路修复重建和新建线路提高抗冰能力提出了具体措施和建议.

Abstract:Guizhou power grid suffered serious damage in the ice storm incident in 2008,the paper analyzes the causes of wire icing as well as the causes for icing damages on conductors,ground-conductors,poles and towers,and proposes specific anti-ice measures for newly built transmission lines and damaged transmission lines in reconstruction project.
