| 摘 要： | 对中职学校来说,校企合作的人才培养模式是新形势下行之有效的办学模式,该文通过对校企合作中的一种新模式——冠名班人才培养模式进行了探讨,并对冠名班所存在的优缺点进行了分析,并给出了相应的策略。

| Abstract: | For vocational school,the training model of School-enterprise is Effective education model under the new situation.This paper was discussed a new model of school-enterprise cooperation,which was Title class training model,and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of Title classes,gave the corresponding strategy for Title class training model. |
