| 摘 要： | 从制品设计、模具设计、注射成型工艺等方面分析了大型注塑制品充填不足的原因,运用现代注射成型理论提出了相应的解决方法。结合大型注塑件充填不足的实例,对制品的充填不足缺陷进行了剖析,找到了产生缺陷的原因和相应的对策,为指导生产积累了经验。

| Abstract: | The reasons for filling shortage of injection molding large products were analyzed from product design, mold design, injection molding technology and other aspects. The corresponding solutions were listed by use of modern injection molding theory. Combining large injection product of filling shortage, the reasons for defects and the corresponding countermeasures were analyzed and found, which could be the guidance of accumulating experience for production. |
