高模量沥青混合料添加剂性能的试验研究

摘    要:从沥青胶浆和沥青混合料两个方面入手,对比高模量沥青混合料添加剂掺加前后的试验指标的变化,来说明这种添加剂在提高模量方面的性能,通过车辙试验来检验添加剂的抗高温变形能力.试验结果表明这种添加剂能有效提高普通沥青混合料的劲度模量、高温稳定性和抗车辙能力,使得用普通沥青制造高模量沥青混合料成为可能.

Abstract:From two aspects of asphalt binders and bituminous mixtures, comparing the test index between bituminous mixtures with additive and those with no additive is to explain the performance of the additive on improving modulus. The performance on resisting high temperature distortion was tested by wheel tracking test. The test result indicates that this additive could improve performance of common bituminous mixtures such as stiffness modulus, high temperature stabilization and resistingrut ability. This additive makes it possible that high modulus bituminous mixtures are made from common tuminous mixtures.
