摘    要:检测系统是自动控制的核心,其精度及可靠性直接影响着控制过程的优劣。提出一种基于红外技术进行物体检测的设计方案。系统通过精度调节,可应用于机械、冶金、化工、纺织、食品等多领域的生产设备中,实现产品质量、安全保护等自动检测控制;阐述了系统工作原理及主要功能模块设计。

Abstract:Detection system is the core of automatic control, its accuracy and reliability decide the control process. A design scheme of test objects based on the infrared technology is presented. Through regulating the system accuracy, it can be used in the field of machine equipments, metallurgy, chemical engineering, textile, food etc. It can realize the control of quantity examination of production or safety protection. The work principle and the design of main function models of the system are introduced.
