高强度光敏胶拉伸剪切强度测试方法

摘    要:介绍了一种高强度光敏胶拉伸剪切强度测试方法,分析了影响测试结果的几种主要因素。本文根据市售光敏胶的性能参数只给出压缩剪切强度,而没有拉伸剪切强度的数据,影响了工程应用为出发点,在静力拉伸实验机上参照国标规定测试了拉剪强度。其方法是将两块铝合金板沿其长轴方向对接,在接缝处铺叠浸有光敏胶的玻璃纤维布,用紫外光灯辐照使其固化成试件。在试件的两端施加纵向拉伸力,测定试件粘接界面破坏时的最大负荷P,从而计算出光敏胶的拉伸剪切强度。

Abstract:The introduction to the testing method for tensile and shear strength of high strength photosensitive glue is given and the main causes that have influence on the testing result are analyzed. At present, the parameters of photosensitive glue sold on the market only have compressed and shear strength data, but have no tensile and shear strength data, and it affects engineering application. This paper introduced one method which tested tensile and shear strength at static stress tensile tester according to national standard. The method is: jointing two aluminium alloy boards along long axis direction firstly, putting glass fiber fabric which have dipped photosensitive rubber at joint, using ultraviolet light irradiating and making it solidify test piece, then giving tensile stress along length way at the ends of test piece, testing the maximum loading P when test piece sticking break surface, calculating the tensile and shear strength of photosensitive glue at last
