摘    要:本文针对目前每个小型水电站扩容增效技改中微机监控设计和改造中必须解决的同期点选择和同期方式确定问题结合相关理论、规范,在总结常规监控方式下同类问题的解决办法基础上结合工程实际提出了切实可行解决问题的方法和依据。

Abstract:For the choice of synchronous point and the determining of ways of synchronizing in the computer monitoring design and transformation in technical transformation of each hydropower station expanding capacity and increasing efficiency,this paper puts forward the practical ways and basis to solve the problem,taking conjunction with relevant theory,specification and engineering practice,based on the solution to similar problems in the conventional monitoring.
