| 摘 要： | 研究了化学添加剂对棉短绒NaOH-H2O2制浆的影响.结果表明,Na2SiO3是棉短绒NaOH-H2O2制浆不可缺少的添加剂,除Na2SiO3外,MgSO4、EDTA、CaCl2和表面活性剂等均能不同程度地改善棉短绒的制浆性能,成浆白度、聚合度和得率均有明显提高,其中以MgSO4、EDTA及MgSO4和EDTA的混合作用效果较好.

| Abstract: | The influence of chemical additives on NaOH-H_2O_2 pulping of cotton linters was investigated.The results showed that adding proper dosage of Na_2SiO_3,MgSO_4,CaCl_2,EDTA and surfactant could improve pulping characteristics of cotton linters and the pulps with high brightness,DP and yield were obtained.Na_2SiO_3 was a necessary additive to NaOH-H_2O_2 pulping of cotton linters. |
