| 摘 要： | 通过控制铁液合适的化学成分，稳定球化处理工艺，以及加强孕育等措施，成功地实现铸态条件下生产QT450－10铸件，免除了高温热处理工艺，铸件的力学性能和金相组织都符合要求，铸件的综合质量指标也得到提高。

| Abstract: | QT450-10grade ferrite nodular iron w as successfully produced in as-cast condition by abopting some measures includ ing proper controlling composition of molten iron,stabilizing nodulizing treatm ent process and intensifying inoculation.As a result,the high temperature he at treatment oper-ation was eliminated,and the mechanical properties and micr ostructure have met technical require-ments,as well as,the comprehensive qual ity index of castings was also enhanced. |
