蜗壳内水力损失模型的研究

摘    要:通过对蜗壳内水力损失模型的分析,建立了蜗壳内水力损失的数学表达式,指出蜗壳内的水力损失为叶轮出口几何参数及蜗壳喉部面积的函数,其大小受叶轮与蜗壳间匹配关系的影响,并以此为依据,利用面积比原理对建立的数学表达式进行了修正.最后将该数学表达式应用于离心泵整机的优化设计,得到了较满意的结果.

Abstract:By the future analysis of hydraulic losses models in the volute, The mathematic expression of hydraulic losse was established, and it was pointed out that hydraulic losses are the function of geometry parameters of the impeller outlet and areas of the volute throat, its bulk being affected by the relationship of impeller and volute. On the basis , making use of the principle of the area rate to modify the mathematic model. Finally, applying the expression to the optimize design of the centrifugal pump and obtaining the satisfied result.
