软质聚氨酯泡沫的阻燃性能研究

摘    要:软质聚氨酯泡沫因具有优异的综合性能而得到广泛应用,但其极限氧指数很低,属易燃品.本文综述了软质聚氨酯泡沫的常用阻燃剂以及新型阻燃技术.由于卤素阻燃剂在燃烧过程中会释放出有毒气体,所以无卤阻燃技术已成为目前研究的热点,采用纳米技术添加无机粘土是最近无卤阻燃技术研究成果之一.慢回弹聚氨酯泡沫是一种具有减震、降噪、低回弹等新特性的聚氨酯泡沫,本文指出了其阻燃技术研究的应用前景.

Abstract:Flexible polyurethane foam, which has excellent performance, has been applied widely. But its LOI is very low, so it is flammable. The fire-retardant technologies of flexible polyurethane foam, including typical fire retardants and some new fire-retardant technologies, were reviewed. Because halogen fire retardants always send out toxic gas when it burns, the research of non-halogen fire-retardant technology has being very hot now. Adding clay by nano-technology is a new method of non-halogen fire-retardant technology. Low resilience polyurethane foam is a kind of PU foam with some new characters of shock absorption , noise absorption, low resilience, and so on. The expectation on the fire-retardant technology of the low resilience polyurethane foam was pointed out.
