| 摘 要： | 比较了NY／T761—2008蔬菜和水果中有机磷、有机氯、拟除虫菊酯和氨基甲酸酯类农药多残留测定法、SN0334—95出口水果和蔬菜中22种有机磷农药多残留量检验法和水质中有机磷农药残留检测法三种方法用于苹果汁中甲胺磷检测的操作步骤、样品前处理方法及方法的准确度和精密度，并针对实验中的问题，讨论了每种方法的优缺点。通过回收率试验及国家认可委组织的能力验证，证明方法三可准确定量测定苹果汁中甲胺磷残留，并对浓缩果汁和市售100％果汁具有通用性。方法一和方法二不适合所有果汁体系，有一定的局限性。

| Abstract: | Three methods (NY/T761-2008 method,SN0334-95 method,and gas chromatography) for the determination of pesticide residues in vegetables,fruits and water were studied for their application in the determination of methmidophos residue in apple juices.
