石灰回转窑窑尾溜槽设备改造

日照钢铁有限公司三台冶金活性石灰回转窑窑尾溜槽在原设计上存在缺陷，制约正常生产运行。文章从设备的材质、长度、倾角及装配形式等四个方面介绍了回转窑窑尾溜槽的改造过程，实施改造后彻底解决了窑尾耐材脱落和窑尾漏料等问题，提高了设备作业率，检修周期由30天延长到90天，取得显著经济效益，同时这一改造技术在业内得到了推广应用。
