| 摘 要： | 叙述了CPC系统在铜带轧机上的应用，针对带卷在粗轧开卷机上某一位置停留一定时间后，两侧液压缸有自动向外运动的现象，为防止带卷从开卷机上脱落，通过检测分析提出了将连通操作侧和传动侧的滑阀式电磁换向阀改为球座式电磁换向阀以消除泄露，解决了液压缸自动运动的问题。

| Abstract: | The application of CPC system in a copper mill is introduced.For the phenomenon that the hydraulic cylinders on both sides move to outside automatically when the copper coil in the rough rolling unroller keep a position on the pay-off reel for a certain time,a scheme that replaces the electromagnetic slide valve between the operator side and drive side by the electromagnetic ball valve is put forward after the inspection and analysis to prevent the coil from dropping down from the pay-off reel.The problem o... |
