摘    要:本文介绍了应用干法脱硫与湿法脱硫相结合的方式对油页岩炼油干馏气进行脱硫的工艺原理和流程。该技术使抚顺矿业集团200万t原页岩E部炼油工程干馏气中H2S含量从脱硫前的3 700 mg/Nm3降至20 mg/Nm3,达到了发电机组对干馏气体中H2 S含量的要求,每年可减少SO2排放4 000 t,获得了较好的社会和经济综合效益。

Abstract:The desulfurization principle and technological process of the wet-dry integrated desulfurization technology for oil shale distillation gas are introduced.With the technology,the content of H_2S in the distillation gas was reduced from 3700mg/Nm3 to 20mg/Nm3,which meets the requirement of generator unit and can reduce the emissions of 4000 t SO_2.The better social and economic comprehensive benefits have achieved.
