冷轧卷取机张力自适应控制器的研制

摘    要:针对现有的张力控制器采有PID参数调整,在工艺参数变化时,引起张力波动问题,研制了基于单片机和神经网络的PID参数自适应算法的张力控制器。通过Matlab软件进行仿真,验证了张力自适应控制技术能够有效消除系统张力误差。

Abstract:Since the available tension controller which adopts stationary PID parameter adjustment may cause the tension fluctuation as the technological parameterthe changes.This paper mainly expounds the tension control system of cold rolling recoilier.The tension controller based on single chip and the PID parameter adaptive algorithm based on neural network was developed.The simulation with Matlab software indicates that the adaptive control tension system can effectively eliminate the tension error.
