| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了中国重型机械研究院有限公司开发的950mm、1100mm、1700mm平警机的结构、控制精度、装机水平等。重点介绍了四辊平整机组应用关键技术，即液压翻卷技术自动上卷技术、自动穿带功能、带材张力分段控制、带材表现粉尘自动清理技术、APC控制系统、非调速码达控制及PLC控制、电气系统设置的保护系统、CPC对中系统等12项关键技术。该整机的技术性能已达钊国外同类先进水平，可以代替进口设备。
