| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了张力控制的必要性，总结了张力控制方法：张力闭环速度控制和张力开环转矩控制、张力闭环转矩控制，同时给出了卷径计算的三种方法：速度、厚度设定方式，速度检测方式，累积厚度检测方式等。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces three control methods:close-loop speed control of tension,open-loop torque of tension and close-loop torque control of tension.It also presents three calculation methods of coil diameter:setting method of speed and thickness,detection method of speed,and detection method of cumulative thickness. |
