无过载泵优化设计

摘    要:从理论上分析了无过载离心泵的原理。考虑到叶轮圆盘摩擦损失和泵体内的水力损失是无过载泵内的主要功率损失,经它为目标函数,在地设计变量进行合理约束的条件下,寻求最佳的叶轮直径、叶片同口角、叶轮出口宽度和叶片数,以及与之匹配的其他参数,以提高泵的效率。

Abstract:The principle for a non overload centrifugal pump is analyzed In consideration of that the main power loss of a non overloaded centrifugal pump is disc friction loss of impeller and hydraulic loss from internal chamber of the pump, its objective function is set up On the basis of reasonable constraint of design variables, optimal parameters such as the impeller diameter,outlet of blades, width of impeller outlet and number of blades,as well as other parameters matching with them are determined Thus the pump efficiency is raised
