The author points out that decision is the process of solving all contradictions in building design and getting selection, getting scientific decision in the building design is the interior requirements in building design, analyzes the concept and characteristics of the building design decision, establishes the theory frame and technology procedures of the building design decision, taking the analytic hierarchy process as example describes the application of the scientific decision method in building design.
