| Abstract: | Poly crystal silicon, as the important electrical and semiconductor material, is of strategic importance and economic benefits for the construction of Silicon Industry Base with Annual Output of thousand tons. This essay believes that it is necessary and practicable to build Shizuishan Silicon Industry Base with Annual Output of Thousand Tons within Ningxia for its favorably endowed advantages and conditions by researching into the background, basic conditions as well as the advantages for Ningxia to build the Silicon Industry Base. |
