FZC系列渣油加氢处理催化剂的性能及工业应用

为适应含硫，劣质渣油加工的需要，抚顺石油化工研究院研制开发了ＦＺＣ系列渣油加氢处理剂，包括脱硫，脱氮，脱金属及保护等四类。中试评价和工业应用结果表明，该渣油加氢处理系列催化剂的活性和稳定性良好，装置操作平稳，产品收率和质量都达到要求，其整体使用性能与国外参比剂相当，可提高炼油厂的轻质油收率，创造较高的经济效益和社会效益。

THE PERFORMANCE OF FZC SERIES CATALYST FOR RESIDUE HYDROTREATING

In order to meet the needs of processing inferior sulfur content residue, a FZC series catalyst including desulfurization, denitrogenation, demetallization and protection functions for hydrotreating residue were developed by Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals. The results of pilot plant evaluation and commercial application indicated that the activity and stability of the catalyst were good. The commercial unit operation was stable and both of the product yields and quality met the requirement of the refinery. The service performance of the said catalyst matched the foreign reference catalysts.
