| 摘 要： | 介绍了船舶导航通讯协议，利用ＶＢ６．０中的ＡｃｔｉｖｅＸ控件ＭＳＣＯＭＭ．ＯＣＸ对微串行通讯的操作从而实现了ＷＩＮＤＯＷＳ下的船舶导航通讯模拟器。
