数字图像处理在沥青混合料均匀性评价中的应用

摘    要:为了探讨沥青混合料均匀性定量研究方法,本文基于数字图像处理技术,直接对混合料中集料的分布状态,即沥青混合料均匀性进行研究。研究结果显示,基于数字图像处理技术所计算的结果与主观上的观测结果基本一致。研究结果表明:基于数字图像处理技术,选用数量分布和位置分布这2个集料的分布状态参数可以定量地评价沥青混合料的均匀性;沥青混合料均匀性可以通过沥青混合料均匀性指标来反映;随着公称最大集料粒径的增大,沥青混合料均匀性变差。

Abstract:In order to explore the quantitative evaluating methods of the homogeneity of asphalt mixture,a direct method to investigate the aggregate distribution in the asphalt mixture,i.e.its homogeneity was tried based on the digital image processing(DIP) technique.The investigation results demonstrate that the calculated results based on the DIP are almost the same as those based on the subjective assessment.Based on the DIP technique,the homogeneity of the asphalt mixture can be evaluated quantitatively by the two aggregate distribution parameters,the aggregate number distribution and the aggregate location distribution.The homogeneity of the asphalt mixture can be reflected by its indexes.With the increase of the nominal maximum aggregate size,the homogeneity of the asphalt mixture deteriorates.
