| 摘 要： | 效用函数原理包括,确定评判对象指标集,对影响效能指标进行分类,确定指标的效用函数及综合评估方法、计算效能指标的权重、计算系统效能值并进行排序.运用效用函数构建防空火控系统的评估模型,通过确定评判对象指标集、指标权重、指标数据及系统效能等步骤完成.

| Abstract: | The avail function theory includes ensuring the judge target index set, classifying the influence effectiveness index, ensuring the avail function of index and synthesis evaluation method, calculating the weight of effectiveness index, and calculating the system effectiveness value and ordering. Then, use avail function to construct the evaluation model of air defense fire control system. By ensuring judge target index set, index weighting, index data and system effectiveness, the system is realized. |
