| 摘 要： | 针对DL8030堆取料机PLC控制系统出现的大臂撞坏、回转机构损坏、堆取料机与地面皮带不联锁,造成冒料事故等故障,分析出其产生原因,提出了堆取料机滑线改进方案,提高了堆取料机的作业率,保障了设备的正常运行。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the causes of failures such as overflowing incident due to big arm damage, rotary assembly damage and no interlocking between stacker-reclaimer and belt conveyor occurring in the PLC control system of DLS030 stacker-reclaimer. An improvement plan is proposed on the slide wire of stacker-reclaimer. The availability of stacker-reclaimer is improved and equipment normal running ensured. |
