烧结机尾除尘改造方案的对比分析

摘    要:为满足国家钢铁行业大气污染物新颁标准排放限值要求,对265m~2烧结机尾除尘器进行改造,从烟尘特性、工程投资、运行费用、维修费用等几个方面,将电袋复合式除尘器和脉冲布袋除尘器方案进行比较,选择合理的除尘器改造方案,改造后达到了环保要求,取得了较好的经济效益。

Abstract:In order to meet the requirement by discharging limits stipulated by the newly promulgated standard of national iron and steel industry atmosphere pollutant,modification was carried out on the second dedusting device of 265 m Sintering Machine.Comparison of electric bag type complex precipitator and impulse bag type precipitator was made on aspects of fume characteristics,project investment,running cost and maintenance expense,and reasonable modification plan selected.After modification,environment requirements were met and good economic benefits obtained.
