| 摘 要： | 针对天铁第二炼铁厂烧结烟气脱硫系统喷嘴堵塞、雾化率不高,影响烧结烟气处理效果的问题,通过更换喷嘴、完善控制系统、优化生石灰配加量等措施,使系统实际脱硫效率大于94%,年可减少SO2排放量9 000余吨,烟气出口SO2排放浓度达到国家环保要求,大幅度降低了烧结烟气对周边环境的危害。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the problems of bad fume treatment effect caused by nozzle clogging and low atomizing rate at the sintering fume desulphurization system of Tiantie Iron-making Plant 2, measures are taken of replacing nozzles, improving control system and optimizing quicklime addition. The aetual desulphurization rate of the system is greater than 94%. The emission Of sulfur dioxide can be reduced by over 9 000 t per year and its emission concentration at fume outtake meets national environmental protection requirement. The harm which sintering fume gives to the surrounding environment is substantially reduced. |
