摘    要:总结了天铁2 800 m3高炉长期稳定生产实践情况。通过加强原燃料管理、强化炉前出铁、工长操作标准化、控制适宜的理论燃烧温度、合理的热制度和造渣制度、加强铁口维护等措施,使各项经济指标得到改善,煤气分布合理,炉缸工作均匀活跃,保障了高炉的长期稳定顺行。

Abstract:The paper summarizes the practice of long-term and stable production of Tiantie 2 800 m^3 BF. Various measures are taken such as enhancing raw material management, strengthening tapping operation at east house floor, standardizing foreman operation, controlling proper theoretical combustion temperature, reasonable thermal system and slag-building system and enhancing taphole maintenance to improve economic indices. Gas distribution becomes more reasonable and hearth works more uniformly and actively. The long-term, stable and smooth running of the blast furnace is ensured.
