大红山铁矿粗破碎硐室放矿方案优化的思考

摘    要:针对大红山铁矿采矿设计中粗破碎硐室放矿方案,分析得出该设计方案存在生产流程复杂、系统协调难度大,放矿流动范围小,容易造成溜井堵塞、跑矿现象等问题,提出了振动放矿+斜溜槽的放矿工艺,该工艺有利于提高生产能力。

Abstract:Through the analysis of the ore drawing scheme of the primary crusher chamber in Dahongshan Iron Mineg mining design, it is concluded that there exist in the design the problems of complex production flowsheet,difficult system coordination and small flow range in ore drawing which can lead to the pass blockage and ore-running out. A technology combining vibrating drawing and inclined sluice drawing is proposed, which shall be beneficial to the increase of production capacity.
