数字示波器中自适应智能测试技术研究

摘    要:为了进一步提高数字示波器的智能化水平,本文提出了基于DSP加FPGA架构数字示波器平台的自适应智能测试技术,能时刻监测目标信号的状态变化,并能自动调整优化信号采集系统和信号处理系统,提高信号捕获效率。同时给出了相关测试结果,表明该自适应智能测试技术能自动调整系统设置,优化被测信号波形并实现快速稳定可靠的显示。

Abstract:with the purpose of further enhancing intelligentized level of digital oscilloscope, this paper puts forward the adaptive intelligent testing technology based on digital oscilloscope platform with the DSP + FPGA architecture, the technology can monitor the status variation of the target signal, and automatically adjust and optimize the signal acquisition system and the signal processing system to improve the efficiency of signal capture. Meanwhile, the paper gives the relevant test results, which show that the adaptive intelligent testing technology can automatically adjust the system settings, optimize the waveform of the measured signal and realize the quick, steady and reliable display.
