台达20PM PLC在精密冲压成型机上的应用

本文主要介绍一种精密冲压成型机的生产工艺和电气控制系统，以及通过台达运动型控制器20PM的电子凸轮功能配合台达高性能ASD—A＋伺服驱动器的控制系统实现方式。台达20PM运动型PLC具有强大而灵活的电子凸轮功能，如凸轮曲线自动生成、动态修改、偏移、平滑等，为该精密冲压成型机的研发提供了良好的技术条件，同时单虚拟主轴与多电子凸轮从轴配合的运动控制模式为多轴协调运动控制提供了一种新的解决方案。

Application of Delta 20PM PLC in the Precision Punch Forming Machine

The productive technology and the electrical control system of a precision punch forming machine and the control system implementation by means of the electronic cam functions of Delta motion controller 20PM , which are coordinating with Delta high-performance ASD-A ＋ servo drives are mainly introduced in this paper. Delta 20PM motion PLC has powerful and flexible electronic cam functions, such as cam curve automatically generating, dynamic modification, shifting, smoothing, etc. it provides the good technical conditions for the development of the precision punch forming machine. Meanwhile, the assorted motion control mode consists of single virtual principal axis and multi electronic cam slave shafts offers a new solution for multi-axis coordinated motion control.
