相控阵超声无损检测系统的研制

摘    要:以探讨相控阵超声无损检测系统的研制为目的,从相控阵原理着手,对检测系统的工作机理及系统组成进行简略阐述,重点研究阵列探头设计、相位精确控制、超声信号模拟/数字处理及缺陷成像中的关键技术。最后利用系统进行了试块检测成像对比试验。初步试验和研究表明,相控阵超声无损检测系统比传统单探头超声无损检测具有信噪比高、缺陷分辨力强、有效探伤范围宽以及工作效率高等特点。

Abstract:Based on the theory of phased array, the mechanism and composition of phased array system were described for the development of phased array ultrasonic nondestructive testing(NDT) system. Stress was laid on the design of array element, precise control of phase, analog and digital signal processing and ultrasonic imaging. Preliminary test and study showed that phased array ultrasonic system was better in signal-to-noise ratio, more sensitive to defects, wider in testing range and higher in working efficiency than conventional single element ultrasonic testing system.
