磁浮列车非接触紧急供电技术中附加发电机绕组设计

摘    要:磁浮列车上的用电设备由车载直线发电机和蓄电池提供电能.当列车处于低速状态时,直线发电机上产生的电能将不能满足列车充足供电的需要,这样当车载蓄电池的能量消耗完毕时,就会造成磁浮列车的停车.一种注入谐波电流的非接触紧急供电技术能够较好的解决磁浮列车故障停车后的供电问题.本文探讨了这种技术中附加发电机绕组的设计方法.文中首先介绍了非接触紧急供电技术的原理,然后推导了磁浮列车单个磁极上输出最大功率时附加发电机绕组的设计,最后通过仿真和实验进行了验证.

Abstract:In a magnetic levitation railway, power on-board is required for lighting, air- conditioners and etc. An on-board linear generator system is proposed for power supply of maglev vehicles and on-board battery. When maglev runs in low speed, the power generated by the linear generator can not supply the maglev any more. It will cause the exhaustion of battery energy and result in shutting down of maglev. A new method of injecting a harmonic current to the long stator windings can solve the emergency power supply problem when the maglev shuts down. Addition linear generator on the maglev pole is necessary to improve the efficiency for contactless emergency power supply. The design of added linear generator windings is presented. It first introduces the theory of emergency contactless power supply, then the design of added linear generator windings is given to obtain the maximum transfer efficiency. The simulation and experiment results are coincided with the theoretical analysis.
