摘    要:文章由板料在拉深过程中各区域的变形状态建立起应力-应变计算的数学模型,对在圆角处的弯矩和法兰处的压边影响进行了分析,分别得出变形力的计算公式,并进行了试验验证,最后给出对其影响程度的结论。

Abstract:This paper sets up the calculation mathematic model of stress - strain and gives the analyses of bending moment in the round comer and of the pressure - pad - force in the flange which get calculation formulas for changeable forces, according to the change of every zone of sheets being drawn. Then, the author verifies these formulae and gives the conclusion about their effect.
