摘    要:以直馏柴油为原料研究柴油自热重整制氢技术。采用等体积分段浸渍法制备了贵金属催化剂PtLaCe/Al2O3,并在柴油全分析的基础上,通过单因素实验和正交实验考察并分析了PtLaCe/Al2O3催化剂上各因素对柴油自热重整制氢的影响,优化了工艺条件。在催化剂床层入口温度700℃,柴油液空速0.24h-1,水碳比8,氧碳比0.6的适宜操作条件下,每mol柴油可产生氢气25.4mol。

Abstract:The process ofautothermal reforming ofdiesel oil to hydrogen was studied with straight-run dieseloil as feedstock and PtLaCe/Al_2O_3 which was prepared by multistep incipient wet impregnation, as catalyst On the basis of diesel oil total analysis, the effects of various factors on the reaction were investigated by single-factor experiments and orthogonal experiments, and the process conditions were optimized. Under the catalyst bed inlet temperature of 700℃, diesel oil liquid space velocity of 0.24h~(-1), steam/carbon molar ratio of 20 and oxygen/carbon molar ratio of 0.6, the yield of hydrogen was 25.4mol per mol diesel oil.
