| 摘 要： | 旋转机械的固有特性导致其在运行过程中会产生振动,当振动过于强烈时,会导致机器工作异常,甚至产生生产事故。如何有效地控制振动,成为工程技术人员的一个重要研究课题。采用阶次分析方法对三面切书机振动进行测试分析,确定振动产生的原因。为进一步的控制和降低三面切书机的振动提供参考和依据。

| Abstract: | The inherent propriety of rotating machines causes vibration when running.Intense vibra- tion of rotating machines leads to faulty in operation,even accident.How to control vibration effectively is becoming an important research topic of technicians.In this paper,order tracking technique is used to analyze vibration of three-side trimmer in run-up state and finds the reason leading to vibration.The analysis is helpful to control and reduce the vibration of three-side trimmer. |
