摘    要:本文介绍了大豆卵磷脂的结构、性质,功能,综述了国内外对大豆卵磷脂的提纯方法,分别对规模生产大豆卵磷脂纯化方法的研究和高纯大豆卵磷脂纯化方法的研究作了展望。
