| 摘 要： | 基于项目实际操作经验总结与分析，从实际操作角度确定并探讨了ERP项目管理中的关键因素，包括项目范围管理、应用方案选择、项目质量与风险的控制、BPR过程管理、基础数据准备、培训、客户化开发、报表开发等方面，并对ERP项目实施的阶段性特征加以分析和讨论。认为在ERP上线运行后，必须坚持持续改善，方能提高企业经营绩效。

| Abstract: | Based on a summary and analysis of actual project-managing experience, this paper discusses the critical factors in enterprise resource planning (ERP) project management. These factors include project scope management, the selection of applied solutions, project quality and risk controls, process management in business process reengineering (BPR), the preparation of basic data, trainings, customization and report development, etc. Besides, it makes a detailed analysis to the stage features in ERP implementation. It holds that continual improvement needs to be done to improve business performance after ERP goes live. |
