LZ锻造的砧宽比、料宽比的临界值研究

摘    要:通过有限元模拟LZ锻造,分析锻件心部一定区域内的应力场分布规律,得到对于不同压下率,在不同料宽比条件下,使轴向应力由拉应力转变为压应力的临界砧宽比(w/h)σ;在不同砧宽比条件下,都存在着使横向应力由拉应力转变为压应力的临界料宽比(b/h)σ。合理的工艺参数应由砧宽比、料宽比及压下率3者匹配确定。

Abstract:The stress distribution of the blank center is analyzed by finite\|element simulating LZ forging. The critical value of tool width ratio when the axial tense stress turns to compressive stress under given reduction ratio and blank width ratio is obtained; The critical value of blank width ratio when the transverse tense stress turns to compressive stress under given reduction ratio and tool width ratio is obtained too. The rational processing parameters of tool width ratio, blank width ratio and reduction ratio must match.
