摘    要:制备催化材料三氧化二铁(Fe2O3),应用XRD、SEM和比表面方法对所制备的材料进行表征,确定该催化剂为a-Fe2O3三方菱心晶体,其外观形貌为粒度分布比较均匀、40-50m的纳米材料,其比表面积为12.87m^2/g。通过对尿素和甲醇合成碳酸二甲酯反应的催化性能研究,得出制备催化材料三氧化二铁(Fe2O3)的最佳工艺条件为:所用的Fe(NO3)3-C2H50H溶液浓度为1mol/L每30mL溶液中分散剂尿素用量1.8g;调节溶液的pH值为5;焙烧温度为500℃。

Abstract:In this paper, catalytic materials (Fe203) were prepared, characterization of catalytic materials are tested by XRD, SEM and BET, and the results determine the catalyst for the α-Fe2O3 tripartite rhombus heart crystal. The particle size distribution of the catalyst external shape is more evenly, about 40-50 nm, and its specific surface area is 12.87 m^2/g. Its catalytic performance on synthesis of dimethyl carbonate (DMC) by urea and methanol was studied. The optimal preparation conditions are as follows, the concentration of the used Fe(NO3)3-C2 H5 OH solution is 1 mol/L; the dosage of urea dispersant per 30 ml solution is 1.8 g; adjust the pH value of 5; calcination temperature of 500 ℃
