番木瓜的开发应用及研究进展

摘    要:主要就番木瓜果汁饮料、番木瓜蛋白酶、番木瓜籽粒提取物的开发应用及研究进展进行了论述。对番木瓜果实加工果汁、果奶、果酒等饮料以及木瓜蛋白酶在食品、酿造、医药等工业的应用进行了概述,并对番木瓜资源的开发应用过程中的一些问题做了小结。

Abstract:The Development of applications and the Progress of the study of the papaya juice beverages, papain, extraction of papaya seeds are primarily discussed in this paper. Including the beverages of fruit juice, fruit milk and fruit wine, which are made from papaya, and the application of papain in food industry, brews and the medical industry etc. are generalized. And then the paper come to a brief summary of problem in the research process.
