摘    要:借助扫描电镜、电子探针和X射线衍射仪,研究了铬对镍基合金抗高温氧化性能的影响。结果表明,随着合金γ-相中铬浓度的增加,合金氧化增量降低,氧化膜结晶细化,提高了合金抗高温氧化性。

Abstract:The effect of chromium on oxidation-resisting performance at high tempera ture of Ni-based alloy has been studied by SEM, EMP and X-ray diffractometer. The results show that oxidizing increase of alloy descends and crystallization of oxide film becomes fine with the increase of the chromium contentration in γ-phase. The oxidation-resisting performance at high temperature of Ni-based alloy will be increased.
